Brocante Goes Social

Yesarooney, positoony, BrocanteHome now has it's very own dedicated Fan Page on the now ubiqtuous Facebook.

There I will be posting links to new posts on Brocante, news about what I am working on, early invites to new downloads, quick links to all the gorgeousness around the t'internet and links to all the special offers for online retailers I get sent and never quite manage to fit into posts here on Brocante, and you will find all this and more right there in your Facebook stream without ever having to go navigating the waters of the url address bar again. Genius mais non?

In other news, subscription for Season Two of the Vintage Housekeepers Circle is now closed, in time for the launch of all new Christmas Countdown coming later this month. The current season will end on October 31st, following the completion of the current Seasonal Scrub and a few weeks of all new Puttery Treats in celebration of our deliciously fresh, spanking clean homes that I hope you will all enjoy!

In the meantime do add your name to the no-obligation mailing list for Season Three here (starting at the beginning of January 2010) and I would be absolutely delighted to see you over on Facebook...

P.S: Look out for the BrocanteHome 5th Birthday Celebrations coming in November won't you?? Five years online, heavens above where did the time go? How come blogging still feels just as wonderful as ever..?

I do love you all so very, very much, you know?

I echo the words here! You really have found a great niche, and you brighten my days here regularly - thank you.

Is it me being a dimwit (probably) but how come everything seems to be for sale on your site/etsy etc in dollars? Is it my computer settings, or is it the case for everyone? I would like to sign up for the Christmas countdown again, but don't want to deal in dollars when both you and I are in the UK!

Please feel free to laugh at me if I'm easily confused.......

Sorry, that was me - Sasha - not anonymous. Although with this display of dim-wittery I should prob have remained anonymous.....!

Hi Sasha, you so aren't being a dimwit (how the heck could you be when you are one of most articulate and valued commenters??)-this is a hugely valid point, but unfortunately because 93% of my readership is American it makes more sense for me to deal in dollars so I don't alienate them.
When you click the paypal link, paypal does all the converting for you, and I pay the fee, so you don't need to do anything other than sign up if you choose, if that makes any sense at all??

And @Gena and Dawn, Thank you so much for your lovely, lovely comments. They are so very apreciated.x

Hi Alison,

I'm on your subscription list (currently enjoying the seasonal scrub!) and just wanted to know if I need to do anything to sign up for the Christmas Countdown and Season Three or does it just automatically come to me?!

I wouldn't want to miss anything!!

Busy, busy--I like it!

Hi Victoria, hope you are well Honey Pie: ok what you need to do is wait till your October subscription for Season Two is paid, then cancel your subscription to The Circle in your paypal account and sign up separately for the Christmas Countdown in Etsy.

As far as Season three goes I am considering a slightly different pay structure for next year, so until thats finalised in my mad head, cancel your subscription once Season Two is at an end and we'll go from there..

Thanks for letting me know Alison! Will def be doing that!

Hope you're having a scrumptious weekend

Victoria xx
